Intellectual Property

NLN Group owns or licenses the platforms, software, and content. You retain ownership of data you submit. You grant us a license to use it to provide and improve the service.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NLN Group is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability under these terms is limited to amounts you paid us in the six months before the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NLN Group from claims arising from your use of the services, violation of these terms, or violation of law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes

We may update these terms. The latest version will always be posted at this URL. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
